LOS PINOS - INFORMATION
ABOUT THE VILLA |

Los Pinos is luxury private villa situated in the
peaceful Costa Nova Pla estate in Javea on the
Costa Blanca in Spain. It is ideal for family holidays
with several beaches and coves such as La Granadella
(beautiful cliffs), El Ambolo (nudist), El
Arenal (sandy beach) a short distance away.
The villa is tastefully furnished and very well equipped.
It sleeps 4/5 people with one double and one twin room
(extra folding bed for a child). A cot can be arranged
on request at an extra cost but sheets for this are not
provided.
For your entertainment we provide a DVD/CD/MP3 player,
a colour TV with 30 cable channels in English, Dutch,
Spanish and German, a stereo CD player/radio/cassette
and a large selection of books on the region and a library
of novels to while away the hours.
The kitchen has everything you could possibly need for
a relaxed holiday - an oven, a fridge-freezer, microwave,
washing machine, dishwasher and every imaginable piece
of cooking equipment you will need. We love to cook and
entertain guest in our villa so we make sure our guest
can do the same. Should you wish cook al fresco
there is a purpose built BBQ area and tables and chairs
for dining from.
Los Pinos has 800 sq. metres of secluded mature garden
surrounding the villa with shady pines for taking a siesta
under or escaping the heat of the day and large lawn and
garden with shrubs, herbs and lemon and orange trees.
The private pool is maintained all year round and the
perfect place to cool off. After the beach you can also
rinse of under the outdoor shower before relaxing on the
sun-loungers by the poolside. A pool-keeper and gardener
come twice a week to ensure everything is kept in immaculate
condition.
The villa is thoroughly cleaned and aired between every
letting and freshly laundered bed linen and towels are
provided weekly. The property is in a quiet neighbourhood
and is surrounded by a fence and tall hedge and a gate
making it secure and ideal for children of all ages. |
